目的:探讨自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)血尿酸水平和左室肥厚的相关关系及阿托伐他汀的干预作用。方法将16只8周龄雄性SHR随机分为阿托伐他汀干预组(ATV组, n=8)与SHR模型对照组(SHR组, n=8);以8只同周龄雄性Wis-tar- Kyoto大鼠作为正常对照(WKY组, n=8)。ATV组用阿托伐他汀(50mg·kg-1·d-1)灌胃,SHR组与WKY组采用等容量蒸馏水灌胃。每隔2周测一次血压。灌胃10周后,测定左室质量指数;观察大鼠血压、血脂、血尿酸的改变。结果干预10周后,ATV组及SHR组血脂、血压无明显差异(P>0.05)。SHR组血尿酸水平及左室肥厚指数明显高于WKY组(P<0.01);阿托伐他汀干预后,ATV组血尿酸水平及左室重量指数低于SHR组(P<0.05),与WKY组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血尿酸水平及左室重量指数呈正相关。结论SHR血尿酸水平与左室肥厚密切相关,阿托伐他汀可有效改善左室肥厚。

Objective : to discuss the relationship between serum uric acid and left ventricular hypertrophy in spontaneously hypertensive rats and the intervention effect of?atorvastatin. METHODS: 16 eight-week-old male spontaneously hypertensive rats were randomly divided into atorvastatin group (ATV group, n=8) and spontaneously hypertensive rats group (SHR group, n=8). Age–matched Wistar-kyoto rats were served as normaltensive control group (WKY group, n=8). In ATV group, atorvastatin was given at a dose of 50mg/kg perday by gastric gav-age, and in SHR group and WKY group, the same volume of distilled water was given. Measure the blood pressure every two weeks. Ten weeks later, left ventricular mass index was calculated by the ratio of left ventricular weight to body weight. Plasma lipid levels and blood pressure and serum uric acid were measured. RESULTS: There was not much difference of plasma lipid levels and blood pressure between ATV and SHR group ( P>0.05). Compared with WKY group, serum uric acid level and left ventricular mass index increased significantly in SHR group (P<0.01). After intervention of?atorvastatin,compared with SHR group,serum uric acid level and left ventricular mass index de-creased in ATV group ( P<0.05)and still increased compared with WKY group. The association between serum uric acid level and left ven-tricular mass index is positive correlation. CONCLUSION:Serum uric acid levels are closely associated with left ventricular hypertrophy and atorvastatin can effectively improve the left ventricular hypertrophy.
