给出了系统的整体设计流程，采用背景减法完成目标检测与跟踪；针对不同应用领域，提出了基于时间的背景模型建立法和改进的累加平均背景模型建立法，对背景更新采用了手动更新与自动更新相结合的方法；利用全局阈值与分割因子的乘积作为阈值对减法结果进行二值化，实现图像分割；在目标检测时提出了检测区域的概念，针对不同应用领域，预设了运动目标模型；采用相邻两帧同一运动目标的距离差和面积差相结合的方法实现目标跟踪。

The overall designing process of the system was given ,and background subtraction was adopted to com‐plete the target detection and tracking .Aiming at the different application fields ,the building methods of back‐ground model based on time and improved accumulation average were put forward ,and the combination of manual updating method and automatic updating one were used to renew background .The product of global threshold and factor segmentation was used as threshold to binaryzation of subtraction result ,which was made to realize the image segmentation .The concept of detection region was proposed in the target detection .In terms of different application fields ,a moving target model was preset ,and the target tracking was realized by combining distance difference and area difference of the same moving target of two adjacent frames .
