目的：探讨小儿隐睾症的不同手术方式选择及疗效观察。方法2013年9月至2014年7月在我科行睾丸下降固定术的患儿159例，其中睾丸位于阴囊上方或可推至阴囊内者采用经阴囊小切口行睾丸下降固定术，睾丸位于内环口或者无法触及睾丸且超声提示未见明显睾丸者采用腹腔镜睾丸下降固定术，摒弃经腹股沟切口睾丸下降固定术。结果159例隐睾患儿，除其中15例睾丸萎缩切除外，其余均成功将睾丸降至阴囊内。术后随访患儿，睾丸发育正常，手术切口隐蔽，无明显疤痕，美容效果好。结论低位隐睾选择经阴囊小切口，高位隐睾选择腹腔镜下睾丸下降固定术，手术均能获得满意效果，且术后外观更美观，掌握好这两种手术的适应证和手术技巧，或可取代经典的经腹股沟切口睾丸下降固定术。
목적：탐토소인은고증적불동수술방식선택급료효관찰。방법2013년9월지2014년7월재아과행고환하강고정술적환인159례，기중고환위우음낭상방혹가추지음낭내자채용경음낭소절구행고환하강고정술，고환위우내배구혹자무법촉급고환차초성제시미견명현고환자채용복강경고환하강고정술，병기경복고구절구고환하강고정술。결과159례은고환인，제기중15례고환위축절제외，기여균성공장고환강지음낭내。술후수방환인，고환발육정상，수술절구은폐，무명현파흔，미용효과호。결론저위은고선택경음낭소절구，고위은고선택복강경하고환하강고정술，수술균능획득만의효과，차술후외관경미관，장악호저량충수술적괄응증화수술기교，혹가취대경전적경복고구절구고환하강고정술。
Objective To evaluate the different operation methods and curative effect for the treatment of children with cryptorchidism. Methods Total of 159 children testicle decreased fixation operation were carried out from 2013 September to 2014 July, For the testis located in scrotum above or be pushed into the scrotum, small incision in scrotal orchidopexy was applied, for testis located in the inner mouth or untouch the testis and no obvious testis shown by ultrasound, laparoscopic orchidopexy was used, but no inguinal incision testicular descent fixation.Results Among 159 cases with cryptorchidism, 15 cases of testicular atrophy were resected, testis of the otherpatients were successfully to inside the scrotum, normal testicular development, operation incision, no obvious scar and good cosmetic effect were followed-up postoperation.Conclusion Low cryptorchid using scrotal incision and high cryptorchidism using laparoscopic orchidopexy all show satisfactory effects with more beautiful appearance. These twooperation methods may replace the inguinal incision testis decreased fixation classic.
