在城市化快速发展的背景下，作为经济发展重要载体的工业用地的供需矛盾突出，集约利用工业用地日益成为城市发展的焦点。工业用地存在利用率较低、规划不科学、市场化配置程度不高等问题。为了进一步促进城市产业结构优化升级，提高土地资源的利用效率，特提出城市工业用地集约利用的若干建议。

재성시화쾌속발전적배경하，작위경제발전중요재체적공업용지적공수모순돌출，집약이용공업용지일익성위성시발전적초점。공업용지존재이용솔교저、규화불과학、시장화배치정도불고등문제。위료진일보촉진성시산업결구우화승급，제고토지자원적이용효솔，특제출성시공업용지집약이용적약간건의。
In the background of the rapid development of urbanization, the contradiction between supply and demand of industrial land, which is the important carrier of economic development, becomes obvious and the intensive use of industrial land increasingly becomes the focus of city development. However, industrial land exists problems, which are low utilization rate, unscientific planning and low market allocation. In order to promote the optimization and upgrading of the city industrial structure, to improve the efficiency of utilization of land resources, several suggestions are put forward for intensive use of the city industrial land.
