在城市化快速发展的背景下,作为经济发展重要载体的工业用地的供需矛盾突出,集约利用工业用地日益成为城市发展的焦点。工业用地存在利用率较低、规划不科学、市场化配置程度不高等问题。为了进一步促进城市产业结构优化升级,提高土地资源的利用效率,特提出城市工业用地集约利用的若干建议。

In the background of the rapid development of urbanization, the contradiction between supply and demand of industrial land, which is the important carrier of economic development, becomes obvious and the intensive use of industrial land increasingly becomes the focus of city development. However, industrial land exists problems, which are low utilization rate, unscientific planning and low market allocation. In order to promote the optimization and upgrading of the city industrial structure, to improve the efficiency of utilization of land resources, several suggestions are put forward for intensive use of the city industrial land.
