西成客运专线黄家梁隧道进口端在勘测完成至施工单位进场期间,既有道路靠山侧坡脚新增一条中石油兰成原油管道(管径800 mm),并且原油管道施工时曾引起隧道进口端的地表浅层工程滑坡,原设计中的道路改移工程将引起管道迁改,费用大、周期长。为此,经对滑坡原位措施处理和调坡方案进行技术经济比选后,采用调坡方案可减少对隧道进口工程滑坡的治理范围,同时避免对原油管道和道路的迁改,节省工期、降低工程投资。通过本项优化设计提出在特定工点方案措施处理中,方案从路桥隧的工点设计措施入手,更应从工程总体设计着眼,进行综合比选,提出最优方案。

During the period from survey completion to the construction unit coming to the site in Huangjialiang tunnel entrance section on Xi’an-Chengdu passenger dedicated line, a new crude oil pipeline (?800 mm) from Lanzhou to Chengdu was laid along the existing road side slope, which caused a shallow landslide on the surface of tunnel entrance. The pipeline relocation in the original design will, be highly cost and take a long construction time. Therefore, after comparison between in situ treatment for landslide and adjustment scheme of slope on technology and economics, the lat-er was chosen so that the treatment scope of landslide on tunnel entrance could be reduced, the relocation of the pipeline and road could be avoid, consequently, taking less construction time and cutting engineering investment. Optimum scheme should be devised by focusing on consideration of overall engineering design, comprehensive comparison and se-lection.
