钢桁柔性拱具有造型美观、自重轻、跨越能力强、建筑高度低的优点。文章结合连盐铁路灌河特大桥主跨228 m双线铁路钢桁柔性拱的设计进行介绍,包括桁式、桁宽、桁高、节间距、拱肋线形及矢高、各杆件截面形式及用钢量;通过采用有限元软件进行分析,对杆件内力及内力检算原则、疲劳检算及检算方式、预拱度采用温度升降方法计算及预拱度形成方式、采用板单元分析模拟不同断面处桥面板应力分布情况、对复杂节点采用实体分析验证应力分布情况等进行了详细论述,同时对全桥进行了车桥耦合仿真分析,通过计算分析验证了设计的合理性。

Steel truss flexible arch has the advantages of beautiful appearance, light weight, great spanning ability and low building height. In this paper, design of steel truss flexible arch of the main span 228 m double-track railway of Guanhe super major bridge is introduced,including truss type, width, height, spacing, arch linear and rise, the bar section and steel consumption;Analyzed by using the finite element software, detailed presentations are given to rod in-ternal force and internal force calculation principle, fatigue check and calculation method, camber calculation by the way of the temperature rise and fall and camber formation mode, stress distributions of bridge deck slabs in different sec-tions analyzed and simulated by the plate element , stress distribution for the complex joint verified by using solid analy-sis. At the same time, vehicle-bridge coupled simulation analysis is undertaken for the whole bridge so that the rationali-ty of the design is verified through the calculation and analysis.
