本文通过对GIS数据评价的因素进行分析,改善专家综合评语所得到的模糊关系矩阵。以基本农田调查数据库为基础,运用缺陷扣分的方法,对各因素集进行打分评判,计算出各因子在产品质量等级中所占有比重,结合专家综合评语,得到较准确的模糊关系矩阵。通过层次分析法计算出各因素的权重分配,根据模糊矩阵合成规则合成模型,依照最大隶属原则,得出最终的评价结论。

In this paper. First, the evaluation factors of GIS data were analyzed to improve the fuzzy relation matrix from expert comprehensive reviews. Then based on the basic farmland survey database, and scored the factor set by defect deduction method, to obtain the proportion of each factor in the product quality levels. A combination of both, obtain a more accurate fuzzy relationship matrix. In addition, weight distribution obtained from AHP. According to the rules of fuzzy matrix synthesis model, in accor-dance with the principle of maximum membership. Eventually arrive at final evaluation concllusions.
