通过对骨架式油封失效形式及失效机理的分析,提出润滑失效导致了骨架式油封根本性失效这一技术观点,基于研磨机理和润滑理论验证了这一观点,提出了解决思路,认为采取合理的技术手段,可以解决骨架式油封根本性失效这一制约大型减速箱实际工作寿命的瓶颈问题。

Based on analysis of skeleton oil seal failure modes and failure mechanism ,this paper puts forward the fundamental failure lubrication failure led to the skeleton oil seal type the technology point of view ,and based on the grinding mechanism and lubrication theory to prove the point ,the articles also puts forward the solution to take reasonable technical method ,which can solve the fundamental failure the skeleton oil seal type bottleneck problem of large‐scale reducer actual working life .
