目的：探讨抑郁症患者快眼动睡眠潜伏期（REML）与文拉法辛疗效的关系。方法根据 REML 长短将入组患者分为2组，REML 缩短组（REML <70 min）25例，REML 正常组（70～90 min）25例。在文拉法辛治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6周末根据汉密尔顿抑郁17项量表（HAMD-17）得分进行疗效评定，并对基线 REML 和6周末疗效（减分率）进行相关分析。结果6周末，2组组内治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。治疗第1、2、4、6周，组间减分无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），疗效相当（P ＞0.05）。相关分析显示基线 REML 长短与6周末疗效之间不存在明显相关（r ＝0.155，P ＝0.282）。结论不能单纯通过基线 REML 长短来预测文拉法辛的临床疗效，基线 REML 与文拉法辛疗效之间不存在明显相关。
목적：탐토억욱증환자쾌안동수면잠복기（REML）여문랍법신료효적관계。방법근거 REML 장단장입조환자분위2조，REML 축단조（REML <70 min）25례，REML 정상조（70～90 min）25례。재문랍법신치료전급치료후제1、2、4、6주말근거한밀이돈억욱17항량표（HAMD-17）득분진행료효평정，병대기선 REML 화6주말료효（감분솔）진행상관분석。결과6주말，2조조내치료전후비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.01）。치료제1、2、4、6주，조간감분무통계학의의（P ＞0.05），료효상당（P ＞0.05）。상관분석현시기선 REML 장단여6주말료효지간불존재명현상관（r ＝0.155，P ＝0.282）。결론불능단순통과기선 REML 장단래예측문랍법신적림상료효，기선 REML 여문랍법신료효지간불존재명현상관。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Rapid Eye Movement latency and the antidepressant effect of Venlafaxine in Depressive Patients.Methods According to the length of the REM sleep latency (REML),all patients took Venlafaxine were divided into two groups,25 patients with shortened REML and 25 patients with normal REML.The effica-cy was measured with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)at baseline and on weeks 1,2,4 and.6.Then used correlation analysis by examining the REML and efficacy relationship.Results The HAMD scores of two groups decreased significantly from the first weekend to the sixth weekend(P <0.01).There were no significant differences in the 1,2,and 4,6 weeks medica-tion between two groups(P >0.05),and they have the same clinical effect(P >0.05).The efficacy of sixth weekend has no sig-nificant correlation with REML before treatment(r =-0.129,P =0.372).Conclusion REML before treatment could not exact-ly predict the response to the treatment with Venlafaxine and there was no significant correlation with REML and the efficacy of sixth weekend.
