The economic developing new normalcy is the basic background for Chinese characteristic modern apprenticeship. Through document analysis and reflection of the practice, we put forward the following viewpoints:modern apprenticeship is regular education;it serves the enterprise development and the students' life-long career advancement;making reasonable education program is necessary.
