产学研合作教育模式是高职院校与企业的双赢机制,是高职院校人才培养的重要内容。唐山工业职业技术学院自动化工程系进行了产学研合作教育模式的探索,从为企业解决生产过程中的技术难题和提高企业生产能力入手,建立“双向进入、互助双赢”的产学研合作模式。

Teaching-research-production cooperative education pattern can realize win-win for enterprise and high vocational colleges, and it is very important content of students cultivating program. The education pattern of teaching-research-production cooperation is conducted by Automation Engineering Department in Tangshan Industrial Vocational Technical College. Starting with solving the technical problems in the productive process and improving productive capacity for enterprise, we build the teaching-research-production cooperation mode which is of"two-way access, mutual win-win".
