目的:了解飞行人员躯体疼痛与相关病症的情况。方法通过对空军飞行人员问卷调查,了解军事飞行人员颈、肩、腰、背、腿痛与新发肌肉骨骼系统疾病情况,以及有关缓解措施。结果腰痛患病率最高(38.7%),腿痛患病率最低(15.6%);1年内新发腰肌劳损的发病率最高(28.7%),背肌劳损的发病率最低(8.1%),且发病情况呈现明显的机种特点。引发躯体不同部位疼痛的主要因素为飞行加速度(G)值、头盔重量、飞行日留空时间、座舱座椅舒适度及体育锻炼损伤等;改进人机工效设计、加强肌肉锻炼,以及理疗、按摩等措施可有效预防和缓解疼痛不适。结论军事飞行人员躯体疼痛的患病率因部位不同而异,且呈明显机种特点,应采取综合保障措施进行有效防治。
目的:瞭解飛行人員軀體疼痛與相關病癥的情況。方法通過對空軍飛行人員問捲調查,瞭解軍事飛行人員頸、肩、腰、揹、腿痛與新髮肌肉骨骼繫統疾病情況,以及有關緩解措施。結果腰痛患病率最高(38.7%),腿痛患病率最低(15.6%);1年內新髮腰肌勞損的髮病率最高(28.7%),揹肌勞損的髮病率最低(8.1%),且髮病情況呈現明顯的機種特點。引髮軀體不同部位疼痛的主要因素為飛行加速度(G)值、頭盔重量、飛行日留空時間、座艙座椅舒適度及體育鍛煉損傷等;改進人機工效設計、加彊肌肉鍛煉,以及理療、按摩等措施可有效預防和緩解疼痛不適。結論軍事飛行人員軀體疼痛的患病率因部位不同而異,且呈明顯機種特點,應採取綜閤保障措施進行有效防治。
목적:료해비행인원구체동통여상관병증적정황。방법통과대공군비행인원문권조사,료해군사비행인원경、견、요、배、퇴통여신발기육골격계통질병정황,이급유관완해조시。결과요통환병솔최고(38.7%),퇴통환병솔최저(15.6%);1년내신발요기로손적발병솔최고(28.7%),배기로손적발병솔최저(8.1%),차발병정황정현명현적궤충특점。인발구체불동부위동통적주요인소위비행가속도(G)치、두회중량、비행일류공시간、좌창좌의서괄도급체육단련손상등;개진인궤공효설계、가강기육단련,이급리료、안마등조시가유효예방화완해동통불괄。결론군사비행인원구체동통적환병솔인부위불동이이,차정명현궤충특점,응채취종합보장조시진행유효방치。
ObjectiveTo understand the military aircrew’s pains and related disorders at different positions of the body.MethodsThrough the questionnaire for military aircrew, the military aircrew's neck, shoulder, waist, back and leg pain disease situation, and new diseases of the musculoskeletal system was surveyed, and mitigation measures were taken. ResultsAccording to the survey, incidence of low back pain in aircrew was the highest (38.7%) and incidence of leg pain was the lowest (15.6%). In the new diseases of the musculoskeletal system within 1 year in military aircrew, the highest incidence of lumbar muscle strain accounted for 28.7%, and the lowest incidence of back muscle strain accounted for 8.1%, which indicated that infection situation presented the aircraft type characteristics obviously. The main factors of different parts of body pains were due to flight G values, helmet weight, flight time, cockpit seat comfort and exercise injury, etc. Improving ergonomic design, strengthening muscle exercise, applying physical therapy or massage and other measures could effectively prevent and relieve the pains.ConclusionThe military aircrew’s pain prevalence is different at various positions of the body, and apparent with aircraft type characteristics. Comprehensive protection measures should be taken to prevent and alleviate the body pains and related disorders effectively.
