为了明确脑微出血的神经影像学表现对临床诊治的帮助，本文通过对脑微出血病变的神经影像学的研究进展进行综述，提出临床影像学对脑微出血的诊断要点，及其对脑微出血诊断和治疗的帮助，继而总结不同表现所提出的治疗策略，为临床对此种症状不典型的疾病做出正确的决策提供依据。
