目的:探讨录像反馈法在医学教学中的积极应用的方法及体会。方法:收集某高校42名2011级全日制本科临床医学生作为研究对象,将所有研究对象按照近期的考核成绩从高到低排序,将成绩相邻两名受试者配成1对,共21对,然后将每对中的2个人随机分配到试验组和对照组。其中,对照组运用传统纸笔记录方式,试验组采用录像反馈式教学法,利用VCD及教学讲解心肺复苏内容,教学2周,每周2节课时,2周后,根据两组受试者的技能操作考核成绩及对教育方法的满意度和有效率来判断两组的教学差异。结果:对照组在考核成绩方面低于试验组,在学习兴趣、满意度、认真程度的有效率方面,对照组均低于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:录像反馈教学在医学教学中对学生的学习兴趣、满意度、认真程度以及学生的考核成绩均有积极作用,值得在医学教学中推广应用。

Objective:To explore the methods of active application of video feedback methods in medical education and experience.Method: 42 undergraduate students of grade 2011 full-time of clinical medicine were collected as the object of study,the research object according to all recent examination results from high to low ranking, will score two adjacent subjects were matched into 1 pairs, a total of 21 pairs, then each of 2 individuals were randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group. Among them,the traditional pen and paper records were used by the control group, video feedback teaching method were used by the experimental group, VCD and the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching content were used, teaching 2 weeks, 2 class once a week, 2 weeks later,the teaching differences between the two groups according to the two groups of subjects skill operation assessment results and satisfaction degree on the educational methods and effective rate were judged.Result:The control group was lower than the experimental group in the examination scores.In the interest of learning, satisfaction, serious degree of efficiency, the control group were lower than those in the experimental group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Video feedback teaching in medical teaching on students' learning can improve positive effect of the interest, satisfaction, serious degree and students’ assessment scores.It is worthy to be popularized and applied in medical teaching.
