上尿路疾病的治疗微创化成为一种趋势，输尿管软镜术因其镜体纤细灵活，能主动弯曲，操控性强，可直接观察输尿管、肾盂及各个肾盏在内的整个上尿路集合系统，对上尿路疾病的诊疗有着不可或缺的地位，包括上尿路结石、不明原因的血尿、上尿路肿瘤、肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄（UPJO）、膀胱癌术后输尿管-肠段吻合口狭窄并结石等。
