目的：探讨多发性肌炎与甲状腺功能减退性肌病的异同点以减少误诊。方法回顾分析4例多发性肌炎和4例甲状腺功能减退性肌病患者的临床表现、实验室检查资料及治疗转归。结果多发性肌炎与甲状腺功能减退性肌病的丙氨酸转氨酶、肌酸激酶、肌肉病理有明显统计学差异，甲状腺功能检查结果、治疗转归明显不同。结论对于肌肉无力和肌酶升高的患者需常规检测甲状腺功能，肌肉病理、诊断性甲状腺素替代治疗对鉴别多发性肌炎和甲状腺功能减退症肌病所致肌肉病变有重要意义。
목적：탐토다발성기염여갑상선공능감퇴성기병적이동점이감소오진。방법회고분석4례다발성기염화4례갑상선공능감퇴성기병환자적림상표현、실험실검사자료급치료전귀。결과다발성기염여갑상선공능감퇴성기병적병안산전안매、기산격매、기육병리유명현통계학차이，갑상선공능검사결과、치료전귀명현불동。결론대우기육무력화기매승고적환자수상규검측갑상선공능，기육병리、진단성갑상선소체대치료대감별다발성기염화갑상선공능감퇴증기병소치기육병변유중요의의。
Objective To determine the similarities and differencies between polymyositis-like syndrome in hypothyroidism and polymyositis, in order to decrease misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical manifestations, laboratory parameters and therapy of 4 patients with polymyositis and 4 patents with hypothyroid myopathy were analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed.Results Hypothyroid myopathy and polymyositis show significant differences of muscle pathology and elevations of serum muscle enzymes, and can be distinguished by differences in levels of therapy and thyroid function tests.Conclusion Thyroid function tests should be routinely performed in all patients with muscle weakness or elevations of muscle enzymes, and muscle pathology and diagnostic treatment of thyroid hormone are important in the differential diagnosis between polymyositis-like syndrome in hypothyroidism and idiopathic inlfammatory myositis.
