采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、水质检测、金相检验等方法发酵罐渗漏盘管进行分析,检测结果表明由于冷却水Cl-含量严重超标,管材Cr含量偏低,弯管处受机械冲刷等因素发生点蚀穿孔和晶间腐蚀导致发酵罐盘管出现初期渗漏,局部补焊致使盘管强应力分层、鼓包,发生缝隙腐蚀,导致盘管泄漏失效。
採用宏觀檢驗、化學成分分析、水質檢測、金相檢驗等方法髮酵罐滲漏盤管進行分析,檢測結果錶明由于冷卻水Cl-含量嚴重超標,管材Cr含量偏低,彎管處受機械遲刷等因素髮生點蝕穿孔和晶間腐蝕導緻髮酵罐盤管齣現初期滲漏,跼部補銲緻使盤管彊應力分層、鼓包,髮生縫隙腐蝕,導緻盤管洩漏失效。
채용굉관검험、화학성분분석、수질검측、금상검험등방법발효관삼루반관진행분석,검측결과표명유우냉각수Cl-함량엄중초표,관재Cr함량편저,만관처수궤계충쇄등인소발생점식천공화정간부식도치발효관반관출현초기삼루,국부보한치사반관강응력분층、고포,발생봉극부식,도치반관설루실효。
Failure fermenter coil was analyzed by macroscopic view, chemical analysis, water analysis and metallographic examination. The result showed that pitting and intergranular corrosion was happened because of the overstandard content of Cl- in cooling water, the low content of Cr and mechanic erosion on elbow, and lead to the initial leakage of coil. Layering, bulge and crevice corrosion was occurred due to the local welding, and caused leakage failure.
