亚健康即指非病非健康状态，这是一类次等健康状态。世界卫生组织将机体无器质性病变，但是有一些功能改变的状态称为“第三状态”，我国称为“亚健康状态”。随着社会的发展，随之而来的压力与日俱增，我国居民亚健康状态越来越明显，基于此，我们就亚健康的相关状态进行研究并结合郑州市社区居民现状提出了相关护理措施。

The sub-health refers to non disease - health status, this is a kind of inferior health state.
