In the fields of measurement and control,navigation,radar,etc,it is necessary to carry out high?accuracy fre?quency measurement for the rubidium clock and highly stable crystal oscillation in the time system to guarantee the unification of time and frequency. The establishment scheme of Cesium atom frequency standard device is described this paper. Uncertainty of the established cesium atomic frequency standard is evaluated according to JJG180?2002 (Quartz Crystal Oscillator inside Electronic Measurement Instrument)and JJF1059?1999(Valuation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement)to ensure re?liability and scientificity of value traceability.
