高频功率放大器是通信系统发送设备的重要组成部分,在此利用Multisim仿真软件对高频功率放大器的调制特性进行了分析。结果表明基极调制比集电极调制所需的调制功率更小,与理论分析一致;与传统实验相比,仿真分析结果形象直观,容易理解,仿真实验更能激发学生的积极性和主动性。

High?frequency power amplifier is the important part of the transmitter in communication system. Its modulation characteristics are analyzed with Multisim in this paper. The result indicates that the modulation power for base modulation is less than that of collector modulation. This is consistent with theoretical analysis. The simulation analysis result is more visual and easier to understand than traditional experiment result. Simulation experiment can motivate student more than normal experiment.
