目的：探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月～2014年1月在我院骨科应用锁定钢板内固定治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者50例，设立为观察组，另选择同期在我院骨科行普通支撑钢板固定治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者32例，设立为对照组，比较两组患者手术后膝关节功能恢复的优良率及两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、并发症情况。结果观察组患者手术后膝关节功能恢复的优良率达92.0%，显著高于对照组75.0%（P<0.01）。观察组患者的术中出血量明显少于对照组、观察组患者的骨折愈合时间明显快于对照组，观察组患者术后住院时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组术后无一例出现局部皮肤坏死、螺钉松动，其并发症发生率8.00%，对照组术后并发症发生率31.25%，观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折能明显改善患者的膝关节功能，术后骨折愈合快、并发症少，值得临床推广和应用。
目的：探討鎖定鋼闆內固定治療脛骨平檯骨摺的臨床療效。方法選取2011年1月～2014年1月在我院骨科應用鎖定鋼闆內固定治療的脛骨平檯骨摺患者50例，設立為觀察組，另選擇同期在我院骨科行普通支撐鋼闆固定治療的脛骨平檯骨摺患者32例，設立為對照組，比較兩組患者手術後膝關節功能恢複的優良率及兩組患者的手術時間、術中齣血量、骨摺愈閤時間、住院時間、併髮癥情況。結果觀察組患者手術後膝關節功能恢複的優良率達92.0%，顯著高于對照組75.0%（P<0.01）。觀察組患者的術中齣血量明顯少于對照組、觀察組患者的骨摺愈閤時間明顯快于對照組，觀察組患者術後住院時間明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）。觀察組術後無一例齣現跼部皮膚壞死、螺釘鬆動，其併髮癥髮生率8.00%，對照組術後併髮癥髮生率31.25%，觀察組術後併髮癥髮生率明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。結論鎖定鋼闆內固定治療脛骨平檯骨摺能明顯改善患者的膝關節功能，術後骨摺愈閤快、併髮癥少，值得臨床推廣和應用。
목적：탐토쇄정강판내고정치료경골평태골절적림상료효。방법선취2011년1월～2014년1월재아원골과응용쇄정강판내고정치료적경골평태골절환자50례，설립위관찰조，령선택동기재아원골과행보통지탱강판고정치료적경골평태골절환자32례，설립위대조조，비교량조환자수술후슬관절공능회복적우량솔급량조환자적수술시간、술중출혈량、골절유합시간、주원시간、병발증정황。결과관찰조환자수술후슬관절공능회복적우량솔체92.0%，현저고우대조조75.0%（P<0.01）。관찰조환자적술중출혈량명현소우대조조、관찰조환자적골절유합시간명현쾌우대조조，관찰조환자술후주원시간명현단우대조조（P<0.05）。관찰조술후무일례출현국부피부배사、라정송동，기병발증발생솔8.00%，대조조술후병발증발생솔31.25%，관찰조술후병발증발생솔명현저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론쇄정강판내고정치료경골평태골절능명현개선환자적슬관절공능，술후골절유합쾌、병발증소，치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of locking plate fixation in treatment of tibial plateau frac-tures. Methods From January 2011 to January 2014,selected 50 patients with the tibial platform fracture took steel plate internal fixation in department of orthopedics in our hospital as the observation group, selected the same period 32 patients with tibial plateau fractures took the general support of the plate fixation as the control group, the operation time, the knee joint function excellent rate of recovery,the bleeding, fracture healing time, hospitalization time, com-plications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of functional recovery of knee joint group after operation of observation group was 92.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group 75.0%(P<0.01). The bleeding volume of observation group were significantly less than the control group, the fracture healing time of obser-vation group patients was faster than that of the control group, the postoperative hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).No case of skin necrosis, screw loosening happened in the observation group, the incidence of complications of observation group was 8.00%, the incidence of postoperative complications of control group was 31.25%,incidence rate of complications of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Internal locking plate fixation of tibial plateau can obviously improve the function of knee joint fractures, healing fracture faster, less complications after surgery, is worthy of promotion and application.
