目的：探讨 B 超与 CT 在急性阑尾炎术前诊断中的应用价值,并对两者进行比较。方法：选择我院2013年1月至2014年4月87例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,分别对其进行 B 超与 CT 检查,以手术病理检验作为参考依据,比较两种检查方法的准确率。结果：病理检查证实,B 超诊断符合率为80.5%,CT 诊断符合率为93.1%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：CT 诊断急性阑尾炎的灵敏性及可靠性显著优于 B 超技术,具有较高临床应用价值,可作为急性阑尾炎首选辅助诊断方法。

Objective:To explore the B ultrasound and CT in diagnosis of acuteappendicitis before surgery,and to compare the.Methods:in our hospital from 201 3 January choose to 2014 April 87 cases of acute appendicitis patients as the research object,respectively,B ultrasound and CT examination on it, withpathology as the reference,the accuracy comparison of two methods of inspection.Rresults:confirmed by pathological examination,B ultrasounddiag-nostic accordance rate was 80.5%,the CT diagnostic accordance rate was93.1 %,with a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:sensitivity and reliability of CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis is significantly superior to the ultrasound technique has high clinical application value, and can be used as the preferred method for auxiliary diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
