目的：建立川银花的质量控制标准。方法：采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果：总黄酮在0.01~0.08 mg/mL 范围内具有良好的线性关系(R=0.9998),回收率为97.60%,RSD 为1.23%。结论：方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为川银花中总黄酮的含量测定方法。

Objective:To Establish quality control standards for Lonicera from sichuan.Methods:Using UI-traviolet Spectrophotometry to detect the determination of Total Flavonoids of Lonicera from sichuan.Results:The linear derection concentration range of total flavonoids was in the range of 0.01 ~0.08 mg/mL(r=0.9998),average recovery was 97.6%,RSD=1 .23%.Conclusion:The method is simple、fast、sensitive and with good repeatability and re-covery;It could be used as a quantitative analysis method for the determination of Total Flavonoids of Lonicera from sichuan.
