本试验旨在研究豆秸、花生秧和青贮玉米秸间的组合效应。试验将豆秸、花生秧和青贮玉米秸分别以0∶100、20∶80、40∶60、60∶40、80∶20、100∶0比例进行两两组合,利用体外瘤胃发酵技术,分析不同组合对产气量及产气参数、pH、氨态氮、菌体蛋白的影响,计算各组合的单项组合效应值和综合组合效应值,进而筛选各饲料组合的适宜比例。结果表明:豆秸-花生秧、豆秸-青贮玉米秸、花生秧-青贮玉米秸组合在产气参数上差异显著(P<0.05),豆秸-花生秧和豆秸-青贮玉米秸均以20∶80时各产气参数最优,花生秧-青贮玉米秸以60∶40时各产气参数为最优;各组合对体外瘤胃液pH影响差异不显著(P>0.05);不同组合的氨态氮浓度差异显著(P<0.05),在39~64 mg/dL变化;豆秸-花生秧和花生秧-青贮玉米秸的菌体蛋白浓度随花生秧比例增多而增多,豆秸-青贮玉米秸的菌体蛋白浓度在两者比例为20∶80时最高。以多项组合效应评定指数评定各组合效应,豆秸与花生秧、青贮玉米秸均以20∶80的比例较为适宜,花生秧与青贮玉米秸比例以60∶40时较为适宜,综合组合效应指数均达到最大。

본시험지재연구두갈、화생앙화청저옥미갈간적조합효응。시험장두갈、화생앙화청저옥미갈분별이0∶100、20∶80、40∶60、60∶40、80∶20、100∶0비례진행량량조합,이용체외류위발효기술,분석불동조합대산기량급산기삼수、pH、안태담、균체단백적영향,계산각조합적단항조합효응치화종합조합효응치,진이사선각사료조합적괄의비례。결과표명:두갈-화생앙、두갈-청저옥미갈、화생앙-청저옥미갈조합재산기삼수상차이현저(P<0.05),두갈-화생앙화두갈-청저옥미갈균이20∶80시각산기삼수최우,화생앙-청저옥미갈이60∶40시각산기삼수위최우;각조합대체외류위액pH영향차이불현저(P>0.05);불동조합적안태담농도차이현저(P<0.05),재39~64 mg/dL변화;두갈-화생앙화화생앙-청저옥미갈적균체단백농도수화생앙비례증다이증다,두갈-청저옥미갈적균체단백농도재량자비례위20∶80시최고。이다항조합효응평정지수평정각조합효응,두갈여화생앙、청저옥미갈균이20∶80적비례교위괄의,화생앙여청저옥미갈비례이60∶40시교위괄의,종합조합효응지수균체도최대。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the associative effects of soybean stalk ( SS) , peanut vine ( PV) and corn stalk silage ( CS) . CS and SS, PV and SS, CS and PV were mixed in rations of 0∶100, 20∶80, 40∶60, 60∶40, 80∶20 and 100∶0 with 3 replicates, respectively. The associative effects of CS, SS and PV were assessed by the in vitro rumen fermentation technology to monitor gas production ( GP) , gas parame-ters, pH, ammonia nitrogen ( NH3-N) , microbial crude protein ( MCP) , single-factor associative effects in-dex ( SFAEI) and multiple-factors associative effects index ( MFAEI) . The results showed as follows: there were significant differences in gas production among different combinations (P<0.05), both SS-PV and SS-CS in ration of 20∶80 had the maximum gas production, and PV-CS in ration of 60∶40 had the maximum gas production. There were no significant differences in pH among different combinations ( P>0.05) . The NH3-N concentration of different combinations had significant difference (P<0.05), changed in the range of 39 to 64 mg/dL. The MCP concentration of SS-PV and PV-CS was increased with PV increased. The SS-CS ration of highest MCP concentration was 20∶80. It is include from MFAEI that the combination of SS-PV, SS-CS and PV-CS in rations of 20∶80, 60∶40 are appropriate, respectively.
