本试验旨在研究饲粮粗蛋白质( CP)水平对育成期崂山奶山羊生长发育及血清生化指标的影响。选用147日龄体重为(14.57±0.32) kg的崂山奶山羊断奶母羊30只,采用单因素试验设计,随机分成3组,每组10个重复,每重复1只羊。各组饲喂 CP 水平分别为10.74%、13.22%和15.74%的3种饲粮。预试期14 d,正试期162 d。结果表明,增加饲粮CP水平:提高了崂山奶山羊平均日增重,加快了体尺增长;显著或极显著增加了崂山奶山羊食入氮量、尿氮排出量( P<0.05或P<0.01),对粪氮排出量无显著影响( P>0.05);显著增加了血清总蛋白、葡萄糖含量( P<0.05);对血清总胆固醇含量,谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性无显著影响( P>0.05)。综合得出,根据食入氮量(x)与平均日增重(y)之间的关系y=-0.2581x2+15.341x-101.88,育成期崂山奶山羊获得最佳生长性能的食入氮量为29.72 g/d。

This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary crude protein ( CP ) level on growth, development and serum biochemical indicators of Laoshan dairy goats. Thirty 147-day-old weaned Laoshan dairy goats female lambs with an average body weight of (14.57±0.32) kg were used in single-factor randomized design and divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 lamb per replicate. Goats in the three groups were fed diets with different CP levels (10.74%, 13.22%, and 15.74%, respectively). The pre-test lasted for 14 days, and the test lasted for 162 days. The results showed that with the increase of dietary CP level: the ADG of Laoshan dairy goats was increased, and the growth of body size was speeded up; nitrogen intake and urinary nitrogen excretion were significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while no significant effect was found on fecal nitrogen excretion ( P>0.05); the contents of serum total protein and glucose were significantly increased ( P<0. 05 ) , but total cholesterol content, and alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activities in serum were not significantly affected ( P>0.05) . In conclusion, according to the relationship between nitrogen intake (x) and average daily gain (y) (y=0.258 1x2+15.341x-101.88), the nitrogen intake of the best growth performance obtained in Laoshan dairy goats is 29.72 g/d.
