绿色创新是实现经济和环境效益平衡的必然途径。基于已有文献和相关理论，探究企业绿色创新因素影响效应，将249家生产型企业作为样本数据进行实证分析。结果表明，市场导向对绿色产品创新具有显著正向影响，对绿色工艺创新的正向作用不显著；政策导向对绿色产品创新与绿色工艺创新都起到了显著推动作用；组织冗余对绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新的正向作用不显著；管理者对环境的关注对绿色产品创新和绿色工艺创新都具有显著正向影响。

록색창신시실현경제화배경효익평형적필연도경。기우이유문헌화상관이론，탐구기업록색창신인소영향효응，장249가생산형기업작위양본수거진행실증분석。결과표명，시장도향대록색산품창신구유현저정향영향，대록색공예창신적정향작용불현저；정책도향대록색산품창신여록색공예창신도기도료현저추동작용；조직용여대록색산품창신화록색공예창신적정향작용불현저；관리자대배경적관주대록색산품창신화록색공예창신도구유현저정향영향。
The study analyses the influencing factors of green innovation of enterprises from four factors including market o‐rientation ,policy orientation ,organizational slack and managerial environmental concern .The study also makes the em‐pirical verification on 249 manufacturing enterprises .The results show that market orientation has significant positive effects on green product innovation ,but market orientation has no positive effects on green process innovation ;policy ori‐entation has significant positive effects on green product innovation and green process innovation ;organizational slack has no positive effects on green product innovation and green process innovation ;managerial environmental concern has signifi‐cant positive effects on green product innovation and green process innovation .
