目的：探讨新辅助化疗对进展期食管癌患者生存状况的影响。方法对51例进展期食管癌患者的病案资料进行回顾性分析，其中，单纯行手术治疗31例（对照组），新辅助化疗＋手术治疗20例（观察组），对比2组患者的预后状况。结果观察组患者的5年生存率显著高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；2组患者术后观察组局部复发率、远处转移率、并发症发生率对比，差异不具有统计学意义（P均＞0．05）。结论新辅助化疗可显著提高进展期食管癌患者的生存率，且未增加术后局部复发、远处转移及并发症发生的风险，是安全可行的治疗方案。
목적：탐토신보조화료대진전기식관암환자생존상황적영향。방법대51례진전기식관암환자적병안자료진행회고성분석，기중，단순행수술치료31례（대조조），신보조화료＋수술치료20례（관찰조），대비2조환자적예후상황。결과관찰조환자적5년생존솔현저고우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；2조환자술후관찰조국부복발솔、원처전이솔、병발증발생솔대비，차이불구유통계학의의（P균＞0．05）。결론신보조화료가현저제고진전기식관암환자적생존솔，차미증가술후국부복발、원처전이급병발증발생적풍험，시안전가행적치료방안。
Objective To investigate the influence of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the living conditions of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 51 cases of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.31 cases were treated only by surgical treatment( control group) , 20 cases were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by surgery(observation group),and the prognosis of the 2 groups were compared.Results The 5-year survival rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The differences of the 2 groups in the local recurrence rates,distant metastasis rates,the rates of complica-tions after operation were no significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can significantly improve the survival rate of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma,without increasing the rate of local recurrence,distant metastasis, and postoperative complications,it is a safe and feasible treatment.
