目的::应用Meta 分析探讨 IGF-1基因2个多态性位点( rs6214和rs12423791)与高度近视易患性的关系。方法:两名作者独立检索 PubMed、EMBASE、中国期刊全文数据库( CNKI)从建库到2014-03-12发表的文献,合并效应采用比值比和95%可信区间进行评价, Meta分析软件运用RevMan5.2和Stata 12.0。结果:五篇病例对照研究进入Meta分析,包括病例组2585例,对照组3327例,各基因模型均显示两个位点基因多态性与高度近视易患性无显著相关性。结论:现有证据表明,尚不能认为 IGF-1两个位点rs6214A/G,rs12324791G/C 基因多态性与高度近视有关联性。
目的::應用Meta 分析探討 IGF-1基因2箇多態性位點( rs6214和rs12423791)與高度近視易患性的關繫。方法:兩名作者獨立檢索 PubMed、EMBASE、中國期刊全文數據庫( CNKI)從建庫到2014-03-12髮錶的文獻,閤併效應採用比值比和95%可信區間進行評價, Meta分析軟件運用RevMan5.2和Stata 12.0。結果:五篇病例對照研究進入Meta分析,包括病例組2585例,對照組3327例,各基因模型均顯示兩箇位點基因多態性與高度近視易患性無顯著相關性。結論:現有證據錶明,尚不能認為 IGF-1兩箇位點rs6214A/G,rs12324791G/C 基因多態性與高度近視有關聯性。

AlM: To investigate the association between the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) (rs6214 and rs12423791) in lGF-1 and high myopia susceptibility by performing a Meta-analysis.METHODS: PubMed, EMBASE, and Chinese National Knowledge lnfrastructure ( up to March 12, 2014 ) were searched by two authors independently. Crude odds ratios with 95%Cls were used to assess the strength of the associations between SNP rs6214, rs12324791 and high myopia. Statistical analysis was performed using the program RevMan5. 2 software ( Revman; The Cochrane Collaboration, Oxford, UK ) and STATA 12. 0 software ( Stata Corporation, College Station, TX, USA) .RESULTS:Five case-control studies with involving 2585 patients with high myopia and 3327 controls were included in this Meta - analysis. No statistical evidence of significant association was found in all genetic models of rs6214A/G and rs12324791G/C.CONCLUSlON: This Meta-analysis suggested that the rs6214A/G and rs12324791G/C mutation in the insulin-like growth factor-1 are not significantly associated with high myopia.
