目的：探讨超声结合增强CT对甲状腺癌术后局部复发／残留的诊断价值。方法随机选取50例甲状腺癌术后局部复发／残留患者，对其临床数据展开回顾性分析，对单纯超声、单纯增强CT与超声结合增强CT影像学资料及诊断符合率进行观察对比。结果超声结合增强CT对肿瘤复发／残留检出率、颈部淋巴结转移检出率显著高于单纯超声、单纯增强CT，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。超声结合增强CT对甲状腺癌术后总诊断符合率为92．0％，单纯超声总诊断符合率66．0％，单纯增强CT总诊断符合率66．0％，超声结合增强CT对甲状腺癌术后总诊断符合率显著高于单纯超声、增强CT，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论高频彩色多普勒超声可诊断甲状腺癌术后有无局部复发／残留，评估复发／残留病灶部位、大小、范围、密度以及淋巴结转移情况，结合增强CT可进一步提升诊断符合率，具有临床推广应用价值。
목적：탐토초성결합증강CT대갑상선암술후국부복발／잔류적진단개치。방법수궤선취50례갑상선암술후국부복발／잔류환자，대기림상수거전개회고성분석，대단순초성、단순증강CT여초성결합증강CT영상학자료급진단부합솔진행관찰대비。결과초성결합증강CT대종류복발／잔류검출솔、경부림파결전이검출솔현저고우단순초성、단순증강CT，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。초성결합증강CT대갑상선암술후총진단부합솔위92．0％，단순초성총진단부합솔66．0％，단순증강CT총진단부합솔66．0％，초성결합증강CT대갑상선암술후총진단부합솔현저고우단순초성、증강CT，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론고빈채색다보륵초성가진단갑상선암술후유무국부복발／잔류，평고복발／잔류병조부위、대소、범위、밀도이급림파결전이정황，결합증강CT가진일보제승진단부합솔，구유림상추엄응용개치。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with enhanced CT in local recurrence/re-sidual of thyroid cancer.Methods Clinical data of 50 cases of thyroid cancer with local recurrence/residual were retrospectively analyzed.Imaging data and diagnostic rates of ultrasound, enhanced CT, and ultrasound combined with enhanced CT were ob-served and compared.Results The detection rate of ultrasound combined with enhanced CT for tumor recurrence/residual was significantly higher than simply ultrasound,simply enhanced CT,there had statistically significant difference (P<0.05);detec-tion rate of lymph node metastasis of ultrasound combined with enhanced CT was significantly higher than simply ultrasound,sim-ply enhanced CT,there had statistically significant difference (P<0.05);compliance rate of diagnosis of thyroid cancer after ul-trasound combined with enhanced CT was 92.0%,total diagnosis rate of simple ultrasound was 66.0%,total diagnosis rate of simply enhanced CT was 66.0%,compliance rate of diagnosis of thyroid cancer by ultrasound combined with enhanced CT was significantly higher than ultrasound,enhanced CT,there had statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound can diagonse local recurrence/residual of thyroid cancer,assess lesion location,size,scope, density,and lymph node metastasis,combined with enhanced CT can further improve diagnostic accuracy,it has clinical applica-tion value.
