目的：观察双氢青蒿素（ DHA ）对非小细胞肺癌 A549细胞的影响。方法通过CCK－8法测定双氢青蒿素的IC10，选择低毒剂量IC10作实验浓度， CCK－8法测定DHA对A549细胞增殖的影响，流式细胞术检测DHA对细胞周期及凋亡的影响，平板克隆形成实验检测DHA对放疗敏感性的影响。结果双氢青蒿素的IC10为23.47μmol· L－1，双氢青蒿素能抑制A549细胞增殖，阻滞细胞周期，将细胞周期控制在S期，增加放疗敏感性。结论青蒿素能明显抑制细胞增殖，增加放疗敏感性。
목적：관찰쌍경청호소（ DHA ）대비소세포폐암 A549세포적영향。방법통과CCK－8법측정쌍경청호소적IC10，선택저독제량IC10작실험농도， CCK－8법측정DHA대A549세포증식적영향，류식세포술검측DHA대세포주기급조망적영향，평판극륭형성실험검측DHA대방료민감성적영향。결과쌍경청호소적IC10위23.47μmol· L－1，쌍경청호소능억제A549세포증식，조체세포주기，장세포주기공제재S기，증가방료민감성。결론청호소능명현억제세포증식，증가방료민감성。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of dihydroarte-misinin ( DHA ) on non -small cell lung cancer A549 cells. Methods The IC10 of dihydroartemisinin was determined by the CCK-8 method, and low dose IC10was chosen as the experimental con-centration .CCK-8 was used to observe artemisinin in low doses of A 549 cell proliferation .The flow cytometry was adopted to detect the effect of DHA on the cycle and death of cells .The tablet clone formation experi-ment was used to detect the influence of DHA on radiation sensitivity . Results IC10 of dihydroartemisinin was 23.47 μmol · L-1 , and di-hydroartemisinin can inhibit proliferation of A 549 cells, slow down the cell cycle , control the cycle in S stage , and increase the radiation sensi-tivity.Conclusion Dihydroartemisinin can inhibit cell proliferation , increase the radiation sensitivity .
