目的：卫生部《血站质量管理规范》，《血站管理办法》和《血站实验室质量管理规范》相继颁布实施后，笔者所在站成立了管理组织，持续完善采供血和服务质量管理体系，保证了全市区的临床安全用血。认真贯彻血站质量管理规范和要求，加强对中心血站的质量管理，不断提高我国血站工作质量。方法将全面质量管理措施应用于中心血站的管理工作，总结体会。结果实施全面质量管理措施后，中心血站的工作差错发生率明显降低，用血单位满意度明显上升。结论我国卫生部关于血站质量管理相关规范办法的颁布和实施对我国血站的工作质量提出了严格要求，多数血站开始将全面质量管理措施应用于血站管理工作，并取得了显著成效。
