目的：研究和探讨无痛胃肠镜术中护理干预的效果和作用。方法收集200例行电子胃肠镜术的患者，麻醉组给予护理干预，并按常规术前检查要求准备好抢救设备和药品。对患者静脉推注芬太尼和异丙酚，待患者睫毛反射消失后行胃肠镜操作。结果麻醉组几乎无任何痛苦，顺利完成了检查治疗，护理干预在其中起了很重要的作用。结论在无痛胃肠镜手术中实施护理干预，能够有效降低患者的痛苦，值得推广和运用。
목적：연구화탐토무통위장경술중호리간예적효과화작용。방법수집200례행전자위장경술적환자，마취조급여호리간예，병안상규술전검사요구준비호창구설비화약품。대환자정맥추주분태니화이병분，대환자첩모반사소실후행위장경조작。결과마취조궤호무임하통고，순리완성료검사치료，호리간예재기중기료흔중요적작용。결론재무통위장경수술중실시호리간예，능구유효강저환자적통고，치득추엄화운용。
Objective To study and explore the effect and nursing intervention in the operation of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods To colect 200 casesof gastrointestinal endoscope electronic patients, anesthesia group were given nursing intervention, and check according to the routine preoperativerequirements ready to rescue equipment and medicines. For patients withintravenous injection of fentanyl and propofol treated patients, loss of eyelash reflex after gastrointestinal endoscope operation.Results The anesthesia groupalmost no pain, successfuly completed the examination and treatment, nursing intervention plays an important role in the.Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention in painless gastrointestinal endoscope surgery, can effectively reduce the pain of patients, is worthy of promotion and application.
