目的：分析妇女产后止血安宫颗粒的药学应用初步研究。方法2013年5月至2014年5月期间，以产后出血妇女共88例为研究对象，均分为观察组44例和对照组44例，其中对照组给予益母草片口服止血；观察组给予安宫止血颗粒。对比分析两组产妇止血效果以及不良反应。结果经过治疗后，观察组患者治疗有效率为95.45%（42/44）；对照组患者治疗有效率79.55%为（35/44），同时观察组子宫改善情况明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对产后出血妇女使用安宫止血颗粒进行治疗，能够帮助其子宫缩复，同时具有活血行气之功效，不会对母婴产生副作用，值得推广使用。
목적：분석부녀산후지혈안궁과립적약학응용초보연구。방법2013년5월지2014년5월기간，이산후출혈부녀공88례위연구대상，균분위관찰조44례화대조조44례，기중대조조급여익모초편구복지혈；관찰조급여안궁지혈과립。대비분석량조산부지혈효과이급불량반응。결과경과치료후，관찰조환자치료유효솔위95.45%（42/44）；대조조환자치료유효솔79.55%위（35/44），동시관찰조자궁개선정황명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론대산후출혈부녀사용안궁지혈과립진행치료，능구방조기자궁축복，동시구유활혈행기지공효，불회대모영산생부작용，치득추엄사용。
Objective To analyze the women postpartum bleeding pharmaceutical preliminary study on the application of Ann palace grain.Methods In May 2013 to May 2014, our hospital 88 cases of postpartum hemorrhage as the research object, and 44 cases were divided into observation group and control group of 44 cases, the control group given motherwort oral bleeding; Observation group was given palace zhixue granules.
