目的：研究分析普外科手术患者术后的自控镇痛泵护理效果。方法根据我院接收的97例普外科手术患者来进行探讨分析，为患者提供术后自控镇痛泵护理，研究护理效果。结果全部的97例患者接受自控镇痛泵护理后，有一些不良反应出现，如恶心、呕吐、呼吸困难、皮肤瘙痒等。结论普外科患者接受术后自控镇痛泵护理能够具有比较好的镇痛效果，临床中降低了患者的并发症几率，可以促进患者的康复。

목적：연구분석보외과수술환자술후적자공진통빙호리효과。방법근거아원접수적97례보외과수술환자래진행탐토분석，위환자제공술후자공진통빙호리，연구호리효과。결과전부적97례환자접수자공진통빙호리후，유일사불량반응출현，여악심、구토、호흡곤난、피부소양등。결론보외과환자접수술후자공진통빙호리능구구유비교호적진통효과，림상중강저료환자적병발증궤솔，가이촉진환자적강복。
Objective To study the nursing effect analysis of patient controled analgesia pump after operation in patients undergoing Department of general surgery. Methods According to the 97 cases of operation patients in our hospital department of general surgery received to carry on the discussion analysis,for patients with postoperative patient-controled analgesia pump effect of nursing,nursing research.Results Al the 97 cases of nursing patient controled analgesia pump for patients after accepted,there appears some adverse reactions,such as nausea,vomiting,difficulty breathing,skin pruritus.Conclusion Department of general surgery patients received postoperative nursing of patient controled analgesia pump can have better clinical analgesic effect,reduces the chance of complications in patients,can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
