目的：研究分析神经外科患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的成因和护理方式。方法2011至2013年我院共有658例神经外科手术患者，出现了62例术后下肢深静脉血栓病例，我们对这些患者的血栓产生原因以及临床护理对策进行了探讨分析。结果研究中的患者出现下肢深静脉血栓情况多数都是年龄较高的患者，且存在糖尿病、高血压等心血管疾病，患者的偏瘫、意识障碍、肥胖也是其术后产生下肢深静脉血栓的原因。结论临床中神经外科患者术后出现下肢深静脉血栓的原因有很多，我们对其进行研究，提供有效的护理对策可以改善患者的该种情况发生几率，提升预后效果。
목적：연구분석신경외과환자술후하지심정맥혈전적성인화호리방식。방법2011지2013년아원공유658례신경외과수술환자，출현료62례술후하지심정맥혈전병례，아문대저사환자적혈전산생원인이급림상호리대책진행료탐토분석。결과연구중적환자출현하지심정맥혈전정황다수도시년령교고적환자，차존재당뇨병、고혈압등심혈관질병，환자적편탄、의식장애、비반야시기술후산생하지심정맥혈전적원인。결론림상중신경외과환자술후출현하지심정맥혈전적원인유흔다，아문대기진행연구，제공유효적호리대책가이개선환자적해충정황발생궤솔，제승예후효과。
Objective To study the cause analysis and nursing methods of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after operation of patients in the Department of neurosurgery.Methods In our hospital from 2011 to 2013 a total of 658 cases of Department of neurosurgery operation patients, there were 62 cases of postoperative deep vein thrombosis, discussed the reasons and Countermeasures of clinical nursing of these patients we thrombus formation.Results In the study of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb in patients with appear mostly older patients, and the presence of cardiovascular diseases such as diabetes and hypertension in patients with hemiplegia, reason, consciousness disorder, obesity is also produced the postoperative deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. There are many reasons of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation.ConclusionAppears Department of neurosurgery patients in clinic, we conducts the research, provides the effective nursing measures can improve the patient's the case occurrence, improve prognosis.
