目的：探讨妊娠糖尿病对母儿实际造成的影响，以此找到应对措施。方法通过对我院2012年2月～2014年8月收纳的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者，同时选取同时期内无发生糖尿病等高危因素的孕妇70例，通过分析对比，找出妊娠糖尿病对母儿的影响。结果羊水过多、剖宫产乃至新生儿疾病的发生率都要高于非糖尿病孕妇。结论妊娠糖尿病对母儿造成的影响非常大，应该给予足够的重视和正确的干预分析。
목적：탐토임신당뇨병대모인실제조성적영향，이차조도응대조시。방법통과대아원2012년2월～2014년8월수납적60례임신기당뇨병환자，동시선취동시기내무발생당뇨병등고위인소적잉부70례，통과분석대비，조출임신당뇨병대모인적영향。결과양수과다、부궁산내지신생인질병적발생솔도요고우비당뇨병잉부。결론임신당뇨병대모인조성적영향비상대，응해급여족구적중시화정학적간예분석。
Objective To investigate the effect of gestational diabetes melitus on mother and infant,the actual cause,in order to find the countermeasures. Methods In our hospital in 2012 February~2014 year in August received 60 cases of gestational diabetes,at the same time,select the same period withoutdiabetes risk factors in 70 cases of pregnant women,through comparison and analysis,find out the effects of gestational diabetes melitus on mothers and infants.ResultsPolyhydramnios,cesarean section and neonatal diseaseincidence is higher than that of non pregnant women with diabetes melitus.Conclusion The effect of gestational diabetes melitus on maternal and neonatal health is very large,should be given enough attention and correct the interference analysis.
