目的：探讨早期声门型喉癌采用微创手术治疗的效果观察。方法回顾分析我院收治的72例早期声门型喉癌患者的临床资料。结果观察组术后并发症发生率为5.56%，低于对照组的19.44%；观察组术后复发率为2.78%，低于对照组的25.00%。结论微创手术治疗早期声门型喉癌效果良好，值得在临床上推广使用。

목적：탐토조기성문형후암채용미창수술치료적효과관찰。방법회고분석아원수치적72례조기성문형후암환자적림상자료。결과관찰조술후병발증발생솔위5.56%，저우대조조적19.44%；관찰조술후복발솔위2.78%，저우대조조적25.00%。결론미창수술치료조기성문형후암효과량호，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the early glottic carcinoma by minimaly invasive operation treatment effect observation.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 72 cases of early glottic cancer patients in our hospital, al patients underwent outpatient review electronic laryngoscope in post operation for a period of 3 years of folow-up.Results The complication rate was 5.56% in the patients in the observation group than in the control group, the observation group 19.44%; the recurrence rate was 2.78%, lower than that of the control group 25%.Conclusion Minimaly invasive operation in treatment of early glottic cancer with good effect, worthy of promotion in clinical use.
