目的：加强对小儿肺炎的认识及重视，提高X线对本病的诊断率。方法2011年6月—2014年6月搜集200例小儿肺炎患者的资料，对其进行临床X线对比分析。结果本组200例小儿肺炎患者中，根据胸部X线表现及临床表现诊断为大叶性肺炎16例，占8%；支气管肺炎120例，占60%；间质性肺炎64例占32%。结论胸部X线表现及结合临床症状分析，提高小儿肺炎的诊断准确率具有重要作用。
목적：가강대소인폐염적인식급중시，제고X선대본병적진단솔。방법2011년6월—2014년6월수집200례소인폐염환자적자료，대기진행림상X선대비분석。결과본조200례소인폐염환자중，근거흉부X선표현급림상표현진단위대협성폐염16례，점8%；지기관폐염120례，점60%；간질성폐염64례점32%。결론흉부X선표현급결합림상증상분석，제고소인폐염적진단준학솔구유중요작용。
Objective To strengthen the undstanding of infantile pneumonia and attention and improve the diagnosis of this disease .Methods Collcting 60 cases of pneumonia patients of material.the clinical X-ray comparative ananlysis. Results All of the 60 cases pneumonia patients, according to the chest X-ray performance and clinical manifestations diagonsis of lobar pneumonia has 16 patients (27%);Brochial pneumonia 24 patients(40%);Interstitial pneumonia has 20 pantients(33%).Conlusion According tochest X-ray performance and combined with clinical symptoms' analysis ,to improve the diangnostic accuracy of infantile pneumonnia has an important role.
