目的：探讨去骨瓣减压术在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法研究组给予去骨瓣减压术治疗，对照组给予开颅血肿清除术治疗，记录两组患者手术时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生情况，给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果研究组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者，差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。结论对高血压脑出血患者经去骨瓣减压术治疗后，降低术后并发症发生率，保障患者生命安全。
목적：탐토거골판감압술재고혈압뇌출혈환자중적응용효과。방법연구조급여거골판감압술치료，대조조급여개로혈종청제술치료，기록량조환자수술시간、술후주원시간、병발증발생정황，급여통계학분석후득출결론。결과연구조환자적림상치료효과명현우우대조조환자，차이구유현저성（P<0.05）。결론대고혈압뇌출혈환자경거골판감압술치료후，강저술후병발증발생솔，보장환자생명안전。
Objective To investigate the effect of decompressive craniectomy application in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods After the study group received decompressive craniectomy treatment, control group received hematoma evacuation treatment, patients were recorded operative time, postoperative hospital stay, complications were given statistical analysis concluded.Results Clinical outcomes study group of patients was significantly better than the control group of patients, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after decompressive craniectomy after treatment, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, protect the safety of patients.
