目的：探讨护理干预在显微手外科中的临床应用效果，总结护理经验。方法：选取患者90例，随机分为对照组与干预组各45例，前者给予常规护理，后者给予综合护理干预，统计对比相关指标。结果：干预组并发症发生率、痊愈率分别为17.78%、73.33%，优于对照组的46.67%、51.11%，干预组住院时间、患者依从性、患者满意度分别为（16.83±7.43）d、（95.82±3.23）分、（94.36±4.53）分，优于对照组的（19.36±11.47）d、（79.39±11.80）分、（84.25±5.35）分，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在显微手外科应用临床综合护理干预，可有效抑制并发症，提高治疗康复效果，促进患者依从，提高患者满意度。
目的：探討護理榦預在顯微手外科中的臨床應用效果，總結護理經驗。方法：選取患者90例，隨機分為對照組與榦預組各45例，前者給予常規護理，後者給予綜閤護理榦預，統計對比相關指標。結果：榦預組併髮癥髮生率、痊愈率分彆為17.78%、73.33%，優于對照組的46.67%、51.11%，榦預組住院時間、患者依從性、患者滿意度分彆為（16.83±7.43）d、（95.82±3.23）分、（94.36±4.53）分，優于對照組的（19.36±11.47）d、（79.39±11.80）分、（84.25±5.35）分，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：在顯微手外科應用臨床綜閤護理榦預，可有效抑製併髮癥，提高治療康複效果，促進患者依從，提高患者滿意度。
목적：탐토호리간예재현미수외과중적림상응용효과，총결호리경험。방법：선취환자90례，수궤분위대조조여간예조각45례，전자급여상규호리，후자급여종합호리간예，통계대비상관지표。결과：간예조병발증발생솔、전유솔분별위17.78%、73.33%，우우대조조적46.67%、51.11%，간예조주원시간、환자의종성、환자만의도분별위（16.83±7.43）d、（95.82±3.23）분、（94.36±4.53）분，우우대조조적（19.36±11.47）d、（79.39±11.80）분、（84.25±5.35）분，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：재현미수외과응용림상종합호리간예，가유효억제병발증，제고치료강복효과，촉진환자의종，제고환자만의도。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of nursing intervention in micro hand surgery, summarize nursing experience.Method:90 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. 45 patients of control group were treated with conventional care;the intervention group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Result: The complication rate, recovery rate in the intervention group were 17.78%,73.33% ,which were better than 46.67%, 51.11% in the control group, hospitalization, patient compliance, patient satisfaction in the intervention group were (16.83±7.43)d,(95.82±3.23) points,(94.36±4.53)points,which were better than (19.36±11.47)d,(79.39±11.80)points,(84.25±5.35) points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention applied in hand surgery microsurgery can effectively inhibit concurrency,improve the therapeutic effect of rehabilitation,promote patient compliance,thereby improving patient satisfaction.
