“社工＋志愿者”社区服务模式是一种由社工机构向社区派驻专业社工，政府相关部门选派驻社区志愿者共同服务社区居民的模式。论文对重庆市以市民学校为平台，在社区开展的“社工＋志愿者”实践中取得的成效、存在的问题进行了分析，提出继续加大资金投入力度，整合多部门资源；以社区需求为服务导向，强化社工与志愿者配合；注重对社区人际交流公共区域的利用；将志愿者培训纳入服务发展规划，提升社区居民自治能力，不断加强社区服务的建议。

Community service model of “social workers plus volunteers” is a model mutually serving the community by the social worker institutions assigning professional social workers to the community and by the related departments of a government selecting vol?unteers to the community. This paper analyzes the achievements in the practice of“social workers plus volunteers” run by the commu?nity via the platform of the inhabitant schools of Chongqing and the existed problems, and gives the suggestions such as continuous en?largement of capital input, the integration of the resources of multiple departments, community?demand?oriented service, the coopera?tion consolidation between social workers and volunteers, focus on the exploitation of the public areas for interpersonal exchange in the community, bringing volunteers training into service development plan, promotion of autonomous capacity of community inhabitants and continuous enhancement of community service.
