目的:探讨压缩雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液和复方异丙托溴铵雾化液在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺占位性病变患者CT引导下经皮穿刺肺活检围手术期的应用对术中并发症的影响。方法:将55例符合条件患者随机分为两组,其中常规穿刺组(对照组)27例,治疗组28例,手术前压缩雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液和复方异丙托溴铵雾化液,对比两组并发症发生情况。结果:治疗组咳嗽、气胸、咯血、血胸与胸膜反应的发生率较对照组降低。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺占位性病变患者手术前压缩雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液和复方异丙托溴铵雾化液可以更好地保证手术顺利完成,减少术中并发症。

목적:탐토압축무화흡입포지내덕혼현액화복방이병탁추안무화액재만성조새성폐질병(COPD)합병폐점위성병변환자CT인도하경피천자폐활검위수술기적응용대술중병발증적영향。방법:장55례부합조건환자수궤분위량조,기중상규천자조(대조조)27례,치료조28례,수술전압축무화흡입포지내덕혼현액화복방이병탁추안무화액,대비량조병발증발생정황。결과:치료조해수、기흉、각혈、혈흉여흉막반응적발생솔교대조조강저。결론:만성조새성폐질병(COPD)합병폐점위성병변환자수술전압축무화흡입포지내덕혼현액화복방이병탁추안무화액가이경호지보증수술순리완성,감소술중병발증。
Objective:To study the atomization inhalation budesonide suspension liquid and compound isopropyl bromide liquid atomization in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with pulmonary space-occupying lesions under CT guided percutaneous puncture lung biopsy in patients with perioperative application of intraoperative complications.Method: 55 cases in accordance with conditions of randomly divided into two groups, including conventional puncture group (control group) in 27 cases, 28 cases in treatment group, before the operation using atomizing inhaled budesonide suspension liquid and compound isopropyl bromide atomized liquid, comparing the two complications.Result: The treatment group (cough, hemoptysis, hemothorax, pneumothorax and the incidence of pleural reaction was reduced.Conclusion:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with pulmonary space-occupying lesions in patients before the operation application of atomizing inhalation budesonide suspension liquid and compound isopropyl bromide liquid atomization can better ensure that operation is completed, reduce intraoperative complications.
