基于油气两相流基本理论,采用 Fluent 仿真软件建立油气润滑系统喷嘴、轴承腔的油气两相流模型,分析油气两相流流经直接喷射型和内圈喷射型2种结构喷嘴后在轴承腔内的流动状态,分析内圈喷射型喷嘴的竖直管道与倾斜管道夹角及喷嘴出口结构等关键设计参数对轴承内部油气两相流分布状况的影响。仿真结果表明:内圈喷射型喷嘴具有更好的润滑效果,减小了油气润滑系统的耗油量和耗气量;竖管与倾斜管道夹角越小,越利于环状流的保持,供油均匀性越好;突扩管结构设计,有利于缓解因油气波动造成的供油不均匀。
基于油氣兩相流基本理論,採用 Fluent 倣真軟件建立油氣潤滑繫統噴嘴、軸承腔的油氣兩相流模型,分析油氣兩相流流經直接噴射型和內圈噴射型2種結構噴嘴後在軸承腔內的流動狀態,分析內圈噴射型噴嘴的豎直管道與傾斜管道夾角及噴嘴齣口結構等關鍵設計參數對軸承內部油氣兩相流分佈狀況的影響。倣真結果錶明:內圈噴射型噴嘴具有更好的潤滑效果,減小瞭油氣潤滑繫統的耗油量和耗氣量;豎管與傾斜管道夾角越小,越利于環狀流的保持,供油均勻性越好;突擴管結構設計,有利于緩解因油氣波動造成的供油不均勻。

The two-phase flow model of the oil-air lubrication system was built by Fluent software based on two phase flows theory.The state of oil-air two-phase flow after flowing through direct jet nozzle and inner ring jet nozzle were ana-lyzed.For the inner ring jet nozzle,the influences of the key structure parameters,the angle between the vertical pipe and the inclined pipeline and the nozzle exit structure to oil /air phase distribution in bearing were also analyzed.The simula-tion results show that the inner ring jet nozzle has better lubricating effect than the direct jet nozzle,the necessary amounts of oil and air are less.Small angle between the vertical pipe and the inclined pipeline is conducive to maintaining the an-nular flow.The design of sudden expansion pipe alleviates the nonuniformity caused by oil /air fluctuation.
