传统的旋转式粘度计的测量方式具有许多弱点,比如使用单片机进行控制,因此主要采用黑白液晶屏,显示效果不佳,其操作采用不便捷的按键式,转速控制简单,可调的转速档位较少等。本文主要介绍了一种新型的触摸屏粘度计的设计。它采用ARM9,CPLD和触摸屏搭建硬件平台,Linux系统和QTE为软件平台,使用细分精确控制步进电机,有更好的触摸屏界面和粘度测量方法。此粘度计具有直观的彩色触摸显示屏操作,随意的转速控制,自动扫描式测量,无需电脑即可进行流变数据分析等优点。并且具有良好的可扩展性。

Traditional viscometer has more vulnerability. It uses SCM to control so it has bad visual effect for it mainly uses B and W screen LCD;and it is operated based on inconvenient touch-tone switch;what’s more,there are less rotate speed gears for adjusting. In order to overcome these disadvantages,a new design of viscometer was pro-posed,whose hardware platform was built out by adopting ARM9,CPLD and touch screen,and software platform was based on Linux and QTE. It contains the accurate control system of the stepper motor subdivision,touch-screen in-terface and viscosity measurement methods. This viscometer has many advantages,such as intuitive touch operation, color display,free rotation rate control,automatic scanning measure,and rheological data analysis without PC. And it has good scalability.
