制备了二氧化硅包裹的具有“金属-有机物-金属”三明治结构的表面增强拉曼散射( SERS)光学免疫检测探针,研究了探针的形貌、结构、组分等多种因素对其SERS特性的影响,探索出具有较好SERS活性的制备参数。之后利用探针上集成的SERS信号,采用三明治免疫法,实现了激酶抑制因子( p21)和人体抑癌基因( p53)两种疾病因子的高特异性检测。
製備瞭二氧化硅包裹的具有“金屬-有機物-金屬”三明治結構的錶麵增彊拉曼散射( SERS)光學免疫檢測探針,研究瞭探針的形貌、結構、組分等多種因素對其SERS特性的影響,探索齣具有較好SERS活性的製備參數。之後利用探針上集成的SERS信號,採用三明治免疫法,實現瞭激酶抑製因子( p21)和人體抑癌基因( p53)兩種疾病因子的高特異性檢測。

A novel kind of silica coated‘metal-organic-metal ’ sandwich-type surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)nanoprobe has been successfully prepared. To explore the optimal preparation condition,the influences of morphology,structure and composition on the SERS performance of the nanoprobe were carefully investigated. After successful fabrication of the nanoprobe,its application in the detection of two biomarkers( p21 and p53) was investi-gated by using a sandwich-type immunoassay protocol. The results confirmed that the nanoprobe can generate strong SERS signals and can distinguish p21 and p53 with a good specificity.
