制备了聚钙羧酸膜修饰玻碳电极,采用循环伏安法和方波伏安法研究了亚甲基蓝在修饰电极上的电化学行为,优化了包括支持电解质、缓冲液pH等测定条件。建立了亚甲基蓝测定的新方法。结果表明:该方法灵敏度高、检测范围宽,可用于水产品中亚甲基蓝残留的测定。

The glassy carbon electrode modified by Poly-calcon Carboxylic Acid was prepared and the electrochemical be?havior of Methylene blue on the electrode modifiede was studied by voltammetry. The experimental parameters such as the supporting electrolyte, buffer pH, the accumulation time were optimized in detail. A novel method for the determination of Methylene blue was established. The method is simple and accurate to detect Methylene blue residue in aquatic products for its precision and sensitivity and good repeatability.
