样品用含1%甲酸的甲醇进行超声提取,以乙腈-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,采用RP Amid-C16色谱柱分离待测物,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量,建立了同时测定染发剂中10种酸性染料的高效液相色谱分析方法。10种酸性染料在1~100μg/mL 范围内具有良好线性,且R2均大于0.9992。酸性红52和酸性橙的检出限均为0.5 mg/kg,酸性红1、酸性红26、酸性黄36、酸性紫43和酸性橙3的检出限均为1.0 mg/kg,酸性橙10、酸性黄73和酸性兰62的检出限均为1.5 mg/kg。样品添加回收实验的平均回收率为91.2~99.5%,相对标准偏差为0.9~3.8%(n=6)。该方法快速简便,定量准确,能满足染发剂中10种酸性染料含量的分析检测要求。

A method for the simultaneous detection of ten acid dyes in hair coloring agent by HPLC was developed. The sam?ples were initially extracted with methanol containing 1% formic acid,then subject to separation on a RP Amide C16 col?umn with acetonitrile and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution as phases,and detected by DAD. The external standard calibration curves were used for quantitative analysis. The developed method was linear over the range of 1 ~ 100 μg/mL?with correlation coefficients more than 0.9992. The limits of determination of Acid red 52,Acid orange were 0.5 mg/kg,Ac?id red 1,Acid red 26,Acid yellow 26,Acid violet 43 and Acid orange 3 were 1.0 mg/kg,and Acid yellow 73 and Acid blue 62 were 1.5 mg/kg,respectively. For all the samples,the averange spiked average recoveries ranged from 91.2% to 99.5%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6)were in the range of 0.9% and 3.8%. The method is quick, easy,effective,sensitive and accurate,and can meet the requirements for the determination of ten acid dyes in hair color?ing agents.
