采用压力喷涂方法在 SUS316不锈钢基材上制备二硫化钼(MoS2)涂层,并在往复滑动球-平面配副下测试工作温度对其摩擦学性能的影响。实验结果表明:工作温度对 MoS2涂层的摩擦学性能有极大的影响,在100~300℃之间,涂层呈现出较好的减摩性,而在100~200℃之间耐磨性最好,300℃时涂层寿命急剧降低。综合考虑,压力喷涂 MoS2涂层最适合的工作温度范围为100~200℃。

MoS2 coating was deposited on SUS 316 stainless steel substrate by pressure spraying,and the effect of work-ing temperature on its tribological properties was investigated using a linear reciprocating tribometer.The test results show that the tribological properties of MoS2 coating strongly depend on the test temperature.The coating presents good friction reduction under the working temperature of 100 ~300 ℃,the best durability under the working temperature of 100 ~200℃,and at the working temperature of 300 ℃ the lifetime of the coating is rapidly decreased.Therefore,the optimal working temperature of pressure sprayed MoS2 coating is 100 ~200 ℃.
