为了提高实践教学质量，培养学生的实践创新能力，根据石油工业的迅猛发展和高等教育内涵发展的新要求，分析实践教学存在的问题，明确育人理念和培养目标，从实验教学内容体系、教学模式、平台建设、保障机制等方面开展实践教学综合改革，明确了解决问题的主要方法和途径。实践表明，基于“求真”育人理念的实践教学综合改革与实践效果显著，人才培养成效明显，在石油高等教育、高等工程教育等相关领域发挥了较好的示范引领作用。

In order to improve the quality of practical teaching and develop practical creativity of students,in accordance with the new requirements posed by rapid development of the petroleum indus-try and higher education connotation,existing issues in practical teaching are analyzed,and education philosophy as well as objectives is clarified. Comprehensive reform of practical teaching is carried out in content,teaching mode,platform development,safeguard mechanisms and other aspects while main ap-proaches to solve current problems are presented. Practice indicates that comprehensive reform and practice of practical teaching based on the education philosophy of pursuit of truth are markedly effec-tive in talent development,which played an exemplary role in higher petroleum education,higher engi-neering education and other related areas.
