采用固相法合成 SmBa2 Cu3 O7-δ(SmBaCuO),将不同质量分数银粉添加到 SmBaCuO 中,通过烧结制备 Ag/SmBaCuO 复合材料;通过 XRD、金相显微镜、SEM、EDXA 分析其结构和形貌,利用摩擦实验机测试其与钢配副时的摩擦学性能。结果表明:添加银后 SmBaCuO 结构没有改变,银分布在 SmBaCuO 基底中,增大了材料密度和韧性;Ag/SmBaCuO 中银微粒在摩擦的过程中向对偶表面转移,起固体润滑剂的作用,降低了 Ag/SmBaCuO 的摩擦因数和磨损率。

The SmBa2 Cu3 O7 -δ(SmBaCuO)powders were synthesized by solid state reaction method,and the Ag/SmBaCuO ceramic composites were prepared by sintering SmBaCuO with Ag at different mass fractions.The structure and morphology of Ag/SmBaCuO composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction,Metallographic microscope,scanning elec-tron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray analysis,respectively.The tribological properties of Ag/SmBaCuO composites were measured on the friction and wear tester.The results indicate that the silver particles distribute in the SmBaCuO ma-trix,improving density and toughness of Ag/SmBaCuO ceramics,the structure of SmBaCuO has not be changed.A silver film is formed on the surface of Ag/SmBaCuO composites during friction process,which reduces the friction coefficient and wear rate of Ag/SmBaCuO composites.
